O que Wyoming exige

Wyoming's Department of Family Services licenses child care under its Rules for Certification of Child Care Facilities, Chapter 6 §2(vii): at least one person certified in infant and child CPR and first aid must be in attendance at all times and in every area where children are in care. Under Chapter 6 §8(d), any person providing direct care must earn that certification within three months of starting in child care and keep it current thereafter. The rule ties coverage to every space children occupy, not just the main room.
